We walk to the door and I show the attendant my two tickets for the concert and she lets us in. We were in the line for no more than 5 minutes and I hear from another concert goer, not an employee of the Venue, that if tickets are on your phone that you could go straight to the door. So, we walk over to the box office to print my tickets. When we made it up the escalator, there was a worker informing guest that if tickets were on your phone that you must go to the box office to print out your tickets. Once we parked, we made our way through the casino to get to the Venue.
No one to assist with hundreds of cars merging into one lane to enter the casino's property, which caused very long delays and several people to run a red lights just to make it onto the ramp to get to the casino's parking garage. It began with parking which was an absolute nightmare. If I could give The Venue Horseshoe Casino negative stars, I would!!! I had a terrible experience the night of the Jill Scott concert.
